Samenvatting symposium
Ongeveer 38 medische professionals uit negen landen woonden het jaarlijkse ECD Medical Symposium in 2019 bij. Er werden twaalf mondelinge abstracts gepresenteerd, samen met nog eens vier posterpresentaties. Als gastspreker hield prof. Luigi Naldini een voordracht getiteld āGenetic engineering of hematopoiesis to treat
inherited diseases and cancer.ā Een avondreceptie bood tijd voor discussies ter ondersteuning van huidige en toekomstige samenwerkingen binnen deze zeer deskundige groep artsen en wetenschappers, die allen geĆÆnteresseerd zijn om meer te leren over de ziekte van Erdheim-Chester.
