Resumen del Simposio
Aproximadamente 38 profesionales médicos de nueve países asistieron al Simposio Médico Anual de la ECD en 2019. Se presentaron doce resúmenes orales, junto con otras cuatro presentaciones de pósteres. Como ponente invitado, el profesor Luigi Naldini ofreció una charla titulada «Ingeniería genética de la hematopoyesis para tratar
enfermedades hereditarias y cáncer». Una recepción nocturna brindó tiempo para debates que fomentan las colaboraciones actuales y futuras entre este grupo de médicos y científicos altamente cualificados, todos interesados en aprender más sobre la enfermedad de Erdheim-Chester.
