Sammendrag av symposiet
Omtrent 38 medisinske fagpersoner fra ni land deltok på det årlige ECD-medisinske symposiet i 2019. Tolv muntlige sammendrag ble presentert, sammen med ytterligere fire posterframlegg. Som invitert foredragsholder holdt professor Luigi Naldini et foredrag med tittelen «Genteknologi av hematopoiese for å behandle
arvelige sykdommer og kreft.» En kveldsmottakelse ga tid til diskusjoner som støttet nåværende og fremtidige samarbeid blant denne svært kunnskapsrike gruppen av leger og forskere, alle interessert i å lære mer om Erdheim-Chester-sykdommen.
