Borse di studio per le spese di viaggio
Sostegno alle spese di viaggio – Il Fondo per le spese di viaggio intitolato a Glen Padnik accetta ora le richieste per il convegno ECDGA 2026.
Glenn Padnik conduce una vita piena e significativa, pur convivendo da decenni con la malattia di Erdheim-Chester (ECD). Tra il 2011 e il 2022, ha prestato servizio con dedizione incrollabile nel consiglio di amministrazione dell’Alleanza Globale per l’ECD, assicurandosi sempre che le voci e le esigenze dei pazienti rimanessero al centro di ogni decisione.
In onore dell’eredità di servizio e compassione lasciata da Glen, la sua famiglia ha generosamente istituito la Fondazione per i viaggi in memoria di Glen Fednik. Questo fondo fornisce sostegno finanziario per aiutare pazienti, operatori sanitari e professionisti del settore medico a partecipare al convegno annuale dell’ECD, consentendo a coloro che altrimenti non potrebbero farlo a causa di difficoltà economiche di prendervi parte.
Sono ora aperte le candidature per il contributo alle spese di viaggio per partecipare al convegno ECD 2026. I fondi a disposizione sono limitati e verrà data priorità a chi non ha mai partecipato a una precedente edizione dell'evento. Il nostro obiettivo è rendere questa opportunità accessibile al maggior numero possibile di membri della comunità, nei limiti delle risorse disponibili.
