סיכום הסימפוזיון
כ־38 אנשי מקצוע רפואיים מתשע מדינות השתתפו בסימפוזיון הרפואי השנתי של ECD בשנת 2019. הוצגו שנים עשר תקצירים בעל פה, יחד עם ארבעה מצגות פוסטר נוספות. כדובר מוזמן, פרופ’ Luigi Naldini נשא הרצאה בנושא “הנדסה גנטית של המטופואזה לטיפול ב
מחלות תורשתיות וסרטן.” קבלת פנים ערב סיפקה זמן לדיונים התומכים בשיתופי פעולה נוכחיים ועתידיים בקרב קבוצה בעלת ידע רב זו של רופאים ומדענים, כולם מעוניינים ללמוד עוד על מחלת Erdheim-Chester.
