Samenvatting symposium

De Erdheim-Chester Disease Global Alliance is verheugd u de volgende samenvatting te kunnen aanbieden van de presentaties die zijn gegeven tijdens het 4e jaarlijkse International ECD Medical Symposium, dat op 15 september 2016 plaatsvond in het Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière in Parijs, Frankrijk. De bijeenkomst stelde medische professionals in staat om samen te werken aan ECD-onderzoek, medische bevindingen te delen en de patiëntenzorg te bespreken. Onze dank gaat uit naar de mede-gastheer van dit jaar, professor Julien Haroche, MD, PhD; naar alle sprekers die hun gegevens en expertise deelden tijdens de paneldiscussies; naar alle aanwezigen die geïnteresseerd waren om meer te leren over ECD; en naar iedereen die betrokken was bij de planning en het tot een succes maken van dit evenement. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar de vrijwilligers die deze samenvatting hebben opgesteld voor de gemeenschap en voor de professionals die niet aanwezig konden zijn.
