Symposium Summary

The Erdheim-Chester Disease Global Alliance is pleased to provide the following summary of presentations given at this year’s 4th Annual International ECD Medical Symposium, held on September 15, 2016, at Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière in Paris, France. The meeting allowed medical professionals to collaborate on ECD research, share medical findings, and discuss patient care. Thank you to this year’s co-host, Professor Julien Haroche, MD, PhD; to all presenters who shared their data and expertise during panel discussions; to all attendees interested in learning more about ECD; and to everyone involved in planning and making this event a success. A special thank you to the volunteers who created this summary for the community and for the professionals who were unable to attend.
