Sintesi del simposio

Circa 44 professionisti medici provenienti da sei paesi hanno partecipato al Simposio medico annuale sull’ECD nel 2018. Sono stati presentati dieci abstract orali, insieme ad altri sei poster. In qualità di relatore invitato, Matthew Collin ha tenuto un intervento dal titolo “Malattia di Erdheim-Chester: un cancro, ma non come lo conosciamo”. Un ricevimento serale ha offerto l’occasione per discussioni a sostegno delle collaborazioni attuali e future tra questo gruppo di medici e scienziati estremamente esperti, tutti interessati a saperne di più sulla malattia di Erdheim-Chester.
