Resumo do Simpósio

Aproximadamente 44 profissionais de saúde de seis países participaram do Simpósio Médico Anual de ECD em 2018. Foram apresentados dez resumos orais, além de outras seis apresentações em pôster. Como palestrante convidado, Matthew Collin proferiu uma palestra intitulada “Doença de Erdheim-Chester: câncer, mas não como o conhecemos.” Uma recepção noturna proporcionou tempo para discussões que apoiaram colaborações atuais e futuras entre este grupo altamente qualificado de médicos e cientistas, todos interessados em aprender mais sobre a Doença de Erdheim-Chester.
