Glenn Padnick viveu uma vida plena e impactante enquanto lidava com a doença de Erdheim-Chester (ECD) por décadas. De 2011 a 2022, ele atuou com dedicação inabalável na Diretoria da ECD Global Alliance, sempre garantindo que as vozes e as necessidades dos pacientes permanecessem no centro de todas as decisões.
Em homenagem ao legado de serviço e compaixão de Glenn, sua família criou generosamente o Glenn Padnick Memorial Travel Fund. Esse fundo oferece assistência financeira para ajudar pacientes, cuidadores e profissionais da área médica a participar da conferência anual do ECD para aqueles que, de outra forma, não poderiam participar devido a restrições financeiras.
Estão abertas as inscrições para assistência de viagem para a Conferência ECD 2026. O financiamento é limitado e será dada prioridade a pessoas que nunca participaram do evento antes.
