Reisestøtte – The Glenn Padnick Memorial Travel Fund tar nå imot søknader til ECDGA-konferansen 2026.
Glenn Padnick levde et innholdsrikt og innflytelsesrikt liv mens han i flere tiår navigerte i Erdheim-Chester Disease (ECD). Fra 2011 til 2022 satt han med urokkelig engasjement i styret for ECD Global Alliance, og han sørget alltid for at pasientenes stemmer og behov ble satt i sentrum for alle beslutninger.
For å hedre Glenns arv av service og medfølelse har familien hans generøst opprettet Glenn Padnick Memorial Travel Fund. Dette fondet gir økonomisk støtte til pasienter, omsorgspersoner og helsepersonell som deltar på den årlige ECD-konferansen, for dem som ellers ikke ville hatt mulighet til å delta på grunn av økonomiske begrensninger.
Det er nå mulig å søke om reisestøtte til ECD-konferansen 2026. Det er begrenset med midler, og personer som aldri har deltatt på konferansen før, vil bli prioritert. Målet vårt er å gjøre denne muligheten tilgjengelig for så mange som mulig i lokalsamfunnet med de ressursene vi har til rådighet.
