- Abstracts voor het Medical Symposium op 1 mei kunnen hier worden ingediend. Gelieve abstracts in te dienen voor mondelinge en/of posterpresentatie. Dit is een geweldige kans om uw werk en het werk van uw collega’s te delen. Laat hen weten dat dit mogelijk is.
Reisbeurzen
Reisbijstand – Het Glenn Padnick Memorial Travel Fund We accepteren nu aanvragen voor de ECDGA-conferentie van 2026.
Glenn Padnick leidde een vol en invloedrijk leven terwijl hij decennialang met de ziekte van Erdheim-Chester (ECD) omging. Van 2011 tot 2022 was hij met niet-aflatende toewijding lid van de raad van bestuur van de ECD Global Alliance, waarbij hij er altijd voor zorgde dat de stem en behoeften van patiënten centraal bleven staan bij elke beslissing.
Ter ere van Glenn’s nalatenschap van dienstbaarheid en medeleven heeft zijn familie het Glenn Padnick Memorial Travel Fund opgericht. Dit fonds voorziet in financiële steun om patiënten, zorgverleners en medische professionals te helpen de jaarlijkse ECD-conferentie bij te wonen voor diegenen die anders niet zouden kunnen deelnemen omwille van financiële beperkingen.
Er kunnen nu aanvragen worden ingediend voor reisondersteuning voor de ECD-conferentie van 2026. De financiering is beperkt en er wordt voorrang gegeven aan personen die het evenement nog nooit hebben bijgewoond. Ons doel is om deze kans met de beschikbare middelen voor zoveel mogelijk leden van de gemeenschap beschikbaar te maken.
