ה- ECDGA שמחה לבשר כי הרשת הלאומית המקיפה לסרטן® (NCCN®) – ברית של מרכזי סרטן מובילים – פרסמה הנחיות חדשות של NCCN® להיסטיוציטוזיס. הנחיות קליניות אלו מספקות את הראיות העדכניות ביותר וקונצנזוס מומחים לאבחון וטיפול בשלוש הצורות הנפוצות ביותר של היסטיוציטוזיס במבוגרים: היסטיוציטוזיס של תאי לנגרהנס (LCH), מחלת Erdheim-Chester ( ECD ,) ומחלת רוזאי-דורפמן (RDD). הנחיות NCCN יכולות לסייע לחולים, משפחות ורופאים לגשת למידע העדכני ביותר על תסמינים, אבחון, טיפול ועוד. ההנחיות יכולות לשמש גם ככלי שימושי בעת בקשת אישורים לכיסוי תרופות וטיפולים. ההנחיות מתעדכנות לפחות פעם בשנה וניתן לגשת אליהן בכל עת. גש לעותק שלך למטה או ב-PubMed.
