Resumen del Simposio

La Alianza Global para la Enfermedad de Erdheim-Chester se complace en ofrecer el siguiente resumen de las ponencias presentadas en el 4.º Simposio Médico Internacional Anual de ECD de este año, celebrado el 15 de septiembre de 2016 en el Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière de París, Francia. La reunión permitió a los profesionales médicos colaborar en la investigación de la ECD, compartir hallazgos médicos y debatir sobre la atención al paciente. Agradecemos al coanfitrión de este año, el profesor Julien Haroche, MD, PhD; a todos los ponentes que compartieron sus datos y experiencia durante las mesas redondas; a todos los asistentes interesados en aprender más sobre la ECD; y a todos los que participaron en la planificación y el éxito de este evento. Un agradecimiento especial a los voluntarios que elaboraron este resumen para la comunidad y para los profesionales que no pudieron asistir.
