At the 2025 ECDGA Celebration Dinner in Barcelona, the Host Award was presented to Dr. Xavier Solanich of Bellvitge Hospital. The award was given in recognition of his outstanding support and hospitality in welcoming patients, family members, and medical professionals to this year’s Patient and Family Gathering.
Diane Schriner, ECDGA President-Elect, presented the award on behalf of the organization, acknowledging Dr. Solanich’s dedication to the ECD community and his role in making the event a success.
