We Did It—And Then Some! Thank You for Making the 2025 Fun Run a Huge Success!

The 2025 Get Ready to Run, Walk & Roll for Hope Fun Run has officially come to a close, and we are absolutely thrilled to announce that we not only met our fundraising goal… we surpassed it!

Thanks to the generosity, enthusiasm, and heart of our incredible community, we raised almost $28,000, exceeding our $25,000 goal. Every dollar will go directly toward advancing our mission of awareness, education, research, and support for individuals affected by Erdheim-Chester Disease (ECD).

This Success Belongs to You

Whether you laced up your shoes, rolled across your neighborhood, cheered from the sidelines, created a team, or made a donation, you made an impact.

From passionate individuals to spirited teams, we were blown away by the creativity and commitment shown this year. Participants from around the globe took part in this virtual event, showing the world that even with rare diseases like ECD, we are not alone—and we are not standing still.

Why This Matters

The annual Fun Run isn’t just about miles—it’s about momentum. It’s about showing what’s possible when our community comes together to fuel hope and push forward for better outcomes, faster diagnoses, and stronger support for those living with ECD.

These funds help the Erdheim-Chester Disease Global Alliance continue to:

  • Fund cutting-edge research projects
  • Maintain and expand the global ECD Care Center network
  • Provide vital educational resources and patient support

A Heartfelt Thank You

From the entire ECDGA team: thank you. Your support made this event an overwhelming success, and your impact will be felt long after the last mile was completed.

We can’t wait to see you again next year. Until then, keep moving, keep connecting, and keep believing in the power of community.
