{"id":19563,"date":"2021-03-01T22:54:06","date_gmt":"2021-03-01T22:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.erdheim-chester.org\/ecd-staging\/?p=19563"},"modified":"2026-08-19T06:13:57","modified_gmt":"2026-08-19T11:13:57","slug":"nccn%e7%bb%84%e7%bb%87%e7%bb%86%e8%83%9e%e5%a2%9e%e7%94%9f%e7%97%87%e6%8c%87%e5%8d%97%e5%8f%91%e5%b8%83","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.erdheim-chester.org\/zh\/nccn-histiocytosis-guidelines-released\/","title":{"rendered":"NCCN\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ec6\u80de\u589e\u751f\u75c7\u6307\u5357\u53d1\u5e03"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u7efc\u5408\u764c\u75c7\u7f51\u7edc\uff08NCCN\uff09\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ec6\u80de\u589e\u751f\u75c7\u8bca\u7597\u6307\u5357<\/h1>\n<h4><em>\u53d1\u5e03\u4e8e2021\u5e743\u6708<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>The ECDGA is pleased to announce that the National Comprehensive Cancer Network\u00ae (NCCN\u00ae)\u2014an alliance of leading cancer centers\u2014has published a new NCCN Guidelines\u00ae for Histiocytosis.\u00a0 These clinical practice guidelines provide the latest evidence and expert-consensus for diagnosing and treating the three most common forms of histiocytosis in adults: Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH), Erdheim-Chester Disease (ECD,) and Rosai Dorfman Disease (RDD).<\/p>\n<p>NCCN\u6307\u5357\u53ef\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a3\u8005\u3001\u5bb6\u5c5e\u548c\u533b\u751f\u83b7\u53d6\u6709\u5173\u75c7\u72b6\u3001\u8bca\u65ad\u3001\u6cbb\u7597\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u836f\u7269\u548c\u7597\u6cd5\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u62a5\u9500\u5ba1\u6279\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6307\u5357\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6709\u7528\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u70b9\u51fb\u6b64\u5904\u83b7\u53d6\u60a8\u7684\u6307\u5357\u526f\u672c\uff1a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nccn.org\/professionals\/physician_gls\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u514d\u8d39\u6ce8\u518c NCCN \u8d26\u6237<\/a>, which many physicians actively use in their practices.
