Kevin O\u2019Brien \u00e8 infermiere specializzato e ricercatore clinico presso l\u2019Istituto Nazionale di Ricerca sul Genoma Umano (NHGRI) dei National Institutes of Health a Bethesda, nel Maryland. Ha conseguito la laurea triennale in Scienze presso la Johns Hopkins University e la laurea magistrale in Scienze e il titolo di infermiere specializzato presso l\u2019Universit\u00e0 del Maryland.<\/p>\n

Kevin ha svolto un ruolo fondamentale nella ricerca clinica dell\u2019NHGRI, in particolare nel protocollo 15-HG-0006, uno studio clinico volto a valutare l\u2019efficacia di dabrafenib e trametinib in pazienti BRAF-positivi affetti dalla malattia di Erdheim-Chester (ECD), nonch\u00e9 nello studio sulla storia naturale dell\u2019ECD. <\/p>\n
