In collaboration with Uplifting Athletes, Dr. Goyal has been awarded a $20,000 grant for a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.erdheim-chester.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/2021.01.03-G.-Goyal-UA-Grant-PR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"Histiocytic Disorders Survivor Study (HDSS) - opens in new tab - opens in new tab\">Histiocytic Disorders Survivor Study (HDSS)<\/a>. Results from the study will be used to help devise guidelines for the follow-up care of ECD and other histiocytosis patients and develop intervention strategies in the future to mitigate long-term complications.
