Outre son activit\u00e9 clinique, il est professeur \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Barcelone et chercheur principal \u00e0 l'Institut de recherche biom\u00e9dicale de Bellvitge (IDIBELL). Le Dr Solanich a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreux projets de recherche nationaux et internationaux ax\u00e9s sur les maladies auto-immunes, les d\u00e9ficits immunitaires et d'autres maladies rares.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que m\u00e9decin-chef du Centre de soins d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l'ECD au BUH, le Dr Solanich supervise la prise en charge des patients atteints d'ECD, une affection traditionnellement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un trouble inflammatoire multisyst\u00e9mique.
